Continued my review on the concept of recursion and how to tackle recursive algorithms. Although I finished my fifth 100 days of code challenge I still have so much more left to learn. I’m going to continue with the challenge by starting a fresh 100 days. These past hundred days have been all about fundamentals. It has not been the most flashy but I have honestly valued the experience. I now really want to be capable of building my own operating system. I have a ways to go but step by step I might be able to accomplish something great.
TLDR;
Okay, so here are the highlights of what I did:
- Still reading through the book “Cracking the Coding Interview” by Gayle Laakmann McDowell. Still working on the practice problems. Stuck on question eleven. Worked some more on revision and my notes on recursion. Tbh, the more videos I watch on the topic the more I start to rethink my approach on these types of problems. I am really glad that I live in a time where I have access to all these learning resources. I feel pretty blessed.
Conclusion
I have a lot more to do, a lot more to give, and a lot more to learn. These past 100 days have been a great 100 steps in the right direction. Although I have accomplished things I haven’t in the past over these 100 days I still have a long way to go. It may take thousands of steps to get to where I want to be but trying my best with each one is the only way I can get to where I want to go. Here’s to the first 500 / 1000 days in my true 1000 days of code challenge.
